These Terms of Service govern your use of the Conform website and app. By using Conform, you agree to these terms.

1. What Conform Provides

Conform is a Christian spiritual habits app that helps users read Scripture, pray, memorize verses, journal, track habits, and reduce digital distractions. The app is offered for personal and spiritual formation use.

2. Your Account

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for activity that occurs through your account. You must provide accurate information and use the service lawfully.

3. Your Content

You keep ownership of journal entries, prayer items, notes, and other content you create. You grant Conform the limited permission needed to store, sync, display, and process that content so the app can function.

4. Community Features

If you share prayers, join groups, or connect with friends, the content and profile information you share will be visible to the people you choose to share with. Do not share confidential information with others unless you intend them to see it.

5. AI-Assisted Features

AI-assisted features can help with study and reflection, but they are not a replacement for Scripture, pastoral care, or wise counsel from a local church. Review AI responses carefully.

6. App Blocking Features

App blocking and Screen Time features depend on device permissions and operating-system behavior. Conform is not responsible for missed blocks, user overrides, operating-system limitations, or changes made by Apple or platform providers.

7. Acceptable Use

Do not misuse Conform, attempt to access another user's account, interfere with service operation, upload harmful content, or use the service for unlawful activity.

8. Availability and Changes

We may change, suspend, or discontinue features as the product develops. We aim to keep Conform useful and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

9. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect and use information. By using Conform, you also agree to the practices described in the Privacy Policy.

10. Disclaimers

Conform is provided as is, without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service.
